Only one more digital painting class left! I’m so thrilled with the progress I’ve made and all the new skills I’ve learned. For this lesson and into the final lesson I am learning how to take a piece from the initial line drawing all the way to a finished painting. I’m excited to start putting all of the pieces together and now I feel like I’m ready to do more involved pieces this way. Obviously I’ve learned a lot about Photoshop through this class, but Bobby has also taught me how to think about color and lighting in a way that will help ground the look of my paintings in reality.
I have a piece that I finished penciling today that I plan to paint in Photoshop, so you’ll be able to see my skills put to the test!
This is very cute. I like his snow shoe feet =)
Thank you! I can’t take too much credit for the drawing, as Bobby Chiu provided it and instructed me on how to paint it. Stay tuned for the next lesson when I’ll finish this piece!
ok =)
